The specialists at Jahan Foulad Gharb Company have successfully produced IPN beams of size 14.
The IPN model beam is a specific type of beam that has a unique analysis and meets different international standards in terms of chemistry and dimensions.
Few manufacturers have the ability to produce IPN steel beams, so before the entry of Jahan Foulad Gharb Company in Iran, only the state-owned Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan produces it, and it can be said that Jahan Foulad Company is the only producer of this type of beam in the private sector factories of the country.
Due to its higher strength and resistance than IPE model beams, this type of beam has special applications such as in industrial structures, shipping industry and heavy industries.
IPN model beam production plan was presented to Shokri Industrial Group research and development unit in late 1401 by a group of experts of Jahan Foulad Company, and it was approved and honored by awarding grade A in this unit.
One of the designers of the project says that the production of IPN beams actually requires having a type of ingot with special analysis and resistance called ST52, which fortunately, this type of ingot was produced with the efforts of experts of Shokri Industrial Group in Bisotoun Steel Complex.
He added that Jahan Foulad’s research team is currently working on a project to produce size 12 of IPN beams model, which we hope will lead to results this year.
IPN beam size 14 of Jahan Foulad Company is now exported to Turkey, considering that few producers in the region have the ability to produce this product, the managers of this company hope that this project will provide the basis for export growth, gaining new markets and customers, and earning more foreign currency. slow
