A first aid and rescue training course was held in collaboration with the Red Crescent Society on October 19 and 20, 2026, in the meeting hall of Shokri Industrial Group. Employees from Jahan Foulad Gharb, Bisotun Steel, and Jahan Sanat Kermanshah participated in the program.
The course was taught by Dr. Amin Naderi and Dr. Yousef Mazaheri, with the aim of enhancing employees’ knowledge and skills in responding to accidents and emergency situations. Participants represented several departments, including HSE, Quality Assurance, Production, Public Relations, Sales, Environmental Management, Security, and Warehousing.
Key topics included incident scene management and safety, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), bleeding control, trauma and musculoskeletal injury management, wound and burn care, and techniques for handling and transporting injured individuals. The course focused on essential first aid principles and appropriate responses to accidents and emergencies.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive recognized certificates issued by the Red Crescent Society.
Holding this training course represents an important step toward strengthening safety culture, improving employee preparedness for emergencies, and enhancing their ability to provide initial assistance. In critical moments following an incident, adequate knowledge and skills, combined with timely and appropriate action, can play a vital role in saving lives and reducing the consequences of accidents.
