The Jahan Foulad Gharb Non-Governmental Domestic Employment and Career Counseling Office began its operations in October 2024 under the supervision of the Jahan Foulad Gharb University of Applied Science. Acting as a bridge between employers and job seekers, the office provides employment placement and career counseling services throughout Iran.

The Employment Office provides the following services:

• Analyzing the domestic labor market
• Registering job seekers
• Identifying employment opportunities
• Providing career counseling and guidance for both job seekers and employers
• Referring unskilled job seekers to Technical and Vocational Training Centers
• Developing a comprehensive database of job seekers and employers across the country
• Facilitating access to labor market information
• Supporting workforce recruitment and job placement
• Maintaining and protecting the employment and personal records of job seekers

Job seekers can access the Employment Office services in two ways:

A. Visit the National Job Search Portal at http://shoghl.mcls.gov.ir and select the Jahan Foulad Gharb Non-Governmental Domestic Employment Office.

B. Visit the Employment Office in person and register personal, educational, professional, and employment information.

Employers may also register and complete their company and job information (either independently or through the Employment Office) and publish available job opportunities via the National Job Search Portal.
