The University of Applied Science and Technology will soon be established at Jahan Foulad Gharb Company.
According to the public relations office of the Shokri Group, a meeting was held this morning, Sunday, June 11, 2023, with the presence of managers from the University of Applied Science and Technology, as well as managers and staff of the Shokri Group, at the Jahan Foulad Gharb Company to obtain the necessary establishment permit.
During this meeting, the esteemed managers of the University of Applied Science and Technology expressed their satisfaction with the inauguration of the university. They stated that enrolling students at this company marks the beginning of mutual cooperation and will significantly contribute to training efficient and specialized personnel in the province.
Given that Jahan Foulad Gharb Company is considered one of the industrial hubs of the country, this organization strives to take significant steps in nurturing the nation’s leading industrialists by establishing the University of Applied Science and Technology and attracting distinguished local academic instructors.
The presence of the knowledge-based company Jahan Sanat Kermanshah and an active research and development unit was a key reason for the establishment of this university.
It is worth mentioning that over 77 steel projects were proposed in the RD unit of the organization this year, indicating the presence of expert individuals within the company.
