As part of their ongoing commitment to service excellence and the enhancement
of corporate hospitality standards, * Bisotoun Steel Company and Jahan Foulad
Gharb, members of the Shokri Industrial Group, held a specialized training
program on Protocol, Etiquette, and Hospitality Management on June 1, 2026.
The program was led by Mr. Mehdi Aghtefari of Parsian Hotel and was designed
to familiarize employees with the principles of professional protocol, corporate
hospitality standards, and effective engagement with organizational guests.
Participants included personnel from the Support Services, Kitchen, Guesthouse,
and 5S departments, all of whom play a vital role in service delivery and in
shaping visitors’ overall experience within the organization.
The training covered a wide range of topics essential to professional hospitality
management, including best practices in corporate hosting, standards for formal
reception services, effective guest communication and interaction, proper table
setting and service procedures, workplace organization and presentation in
service environments, and service delivery management with a strong focus on
guest satisfaction.
This initiative was implemented as part of the companies’ broader strategy for
human capital development and continuous service improvement*. By investing
