According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of Shokri Industrial Group, the 8th National Festival for Selecting the Top Figure in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Employer Excellence was held with the presence of Dr. Hassan Azizi, Director General of Labor, Cooperation, and Social Welfare, and Engineer Iman Bios, Director General of the Social Security Organization, along with other officials from Kermanshah Province. During the event, Jahan Foulad Gharb Company was recognized by the Social Security Organization as the top figure in the field of employer excellence, and Engineer Jahanbakhsh Shokri, the CEO of the company, was honored.
The key criteria for determining the exemplary employer include maintaining insured employees, timely and full payment of insurance premiums, the absence of outstanding claims from the workshop, an increase in workforce recruitment, and maintaining employment levels.
