On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, the Applied Science Training Center of Jahan Foulad Gharb Company hosted the specialized training course “Principles of Steelmaking,” which was met with great enthusiasm from experts and specialists in the steel industry. This course was conducted to enhance the technical knowledge and professional skills of professionals in the steel sector and was taught by Dr. Milad Mojtahedi, a distinguished professor of Materials Engineering and Steelmaking at Razi University in Kermanshah.
In this course, participants became familiar with key concepts of steelmaking processes, iron reduction and production processes, and methods to enhance efficiency in the steel industry. Additionally, Dr. Mojtahedi addressed participants’ specialized questions regarding operational and technical challenges in the steel industry, creating a unique interactive and practical learning environment.
This course was held as part of the efforts of the Applied Science Training Center of Jahan Foulad Gharb Company to conduct specialized short-term courses and develop the capabilities of the workforce in the steel industry.
