In the ceremony commemorating Kermanshah Province’s Industry and Mine Day, held on Wednesday, September 16, 2025 (Shahrivar 26, 1404), with the presence of Dr. Ebrahim Sheikh, Deputy of Industries at the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade, Dr. Manouchehr Habibi, the Kermanshah Governor, provincial representatives in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, general economic managers, and a group of industrial activists, Jahan Foulad Gharb Company was introduced and honored as the Outstanding Industrial Unit of the Province in the steel sector.
Mr. Jahanbakhsh Shokri, Head of the Provincial House of Industry and Mine, while commemorating the memory of the martyrs and welcoming the officials, deemed the national success of six production units in the province an unprecedented achievement. Referring to issues such as energy shortages, banking and tax debts, and the increasing pressure of costs, he called for special governmental support for producers.

In the section honoring the Outstanding Units, Mr. Ahmadipour, CEO of Jahan Foulad Gharb, received the statue and plaque of honor on behalf of the company; an honor that signifies the extensive efforts of this complex in promoting the province’s steel industry.
The ceremony concluded with the commendation of other Outstanding industrial and mining units of the province and the presentation of statues and plaques of honor to the top performers.
