    According to the Public Relations Office of Shokri Industrial Group, with the aim of promoting mental health and empowering human resources, a specialized workshop on “Anger Management and Control” was held on Tuesday, August 4, 2025, with the participation of employees of Jahan Foulad Gharb Complex in the Rose Hall of the company’s guesthouse.

    This educational program was organized in cooperation with the Applied Science and Technology Education Center of Jahan Foulad Gharb Complex, the company’s HSE Unit, the Kermanshah Provincial Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, and the Labor and Social Security Institute.

     

    Controlling emotions in the workplace

     

    During the workshop, topics such as identifying the causes and roots of anger, scientific methods for emotion regulation, and strategies for managing workplace conflicts were discussed. The purpose of this training was to enhance communication skills, reduce organizational tensions, and improve the efficiency of human resources.

    The session was attended by Ms. Yavari (representative of the Labor and Social Security Institute), Ms. Kianian (Head of Social Affairs), and Mr. Tahmasbi (expert from the Provincial Department of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare), who supervised the program and emphasized the role of behavioral training in strengthening organizational culture.

    The workshop was held in an interactive and dynamic environment with active participation of employees and was well-received by the attendees.
