Dr. Shafiei, Head of the Kermanshah Provincial Unit of the University of Applied Science and Technology, emphasized the vital role of skills-based education in developing the province’s human capital. He noted that, more than ever, university centers must adopt strategic planning, effectively showcase their academic strengths, and utilize modern communication and outreach methods to attract prospective students.
\nHighlighting the valuable educational resources and facilities available throughout the province, Dr. Shafiei stressed that each center should identify and promote its unique competitive advantages while continuously improving educational quality.
